Toshizou toughs it out at Tipp
Haifa scores on first outing for Twomey
She is new to the yard and we are learning with her. She is with us from early summer and she was ready to run today and I was hoping she'd do something like that,. I'm delighted with the way she did it and it was nice drying ground. After her last run I think she was a little jarred after Dundalk. She has a mark so we'll what the handicapper does but I'd say she'll stay a bit further.

Fourth win for bargain-buy Khafaaq
he is a serious horse to work at home and Johnny Sullivan and Dessie Cummings told me to buy him out of Kevin Prendergast's and we bought him for five grand. We beat his previous owner - Hamdan Al Maktoum.
Silver springs 150/1 shock
He was missing the breaks catastrophically and in fairness to Colin Keane, who rode him the last day, said to take the crossed noseband off him as he resented it,. We did and he pinged out of stalls at home yesterday and if you look back on his old form in England he was probably well handicapped. It was very hard to have confidence with him and the noseband was the only thing we changed; he jumped fine for us at Dundalk in the past but all of a sudden started doing it and we were definitely on our last legs with him. I hope the owner had something on because I was just hoping he'd jump out! . He is owned by David Reilly, a very nice fellow from Dublin.
Well-bred Lugnaquilla off the mark
She is a gorgeous big mare and she is over 16.2hh. We are allowed to keep her next year which will be great as she'll be much better next year as a 1m4f filly,. She is just so big and is still a bit weak. I was giving her time and a chance to strengthen into herself and even now she is weak. It'll be all about next year with her and I don't know if she'll run again, she could possibly try for black-type but I wouldn't be surprised if she is put away to come back next year. I think she is a smart filly and I think she is going to be stakes class.
