Lake Champlain wins Down Royal opener
Harrington & Power win opening two races
Cassells Rock leads home Martin 1-2
he did it well, and travelled and jumped well. He got away through the ground.
Rock On Rosie scores second win in a month
she came out of the race well the last day and I didn't worry about dropping back in trip as she has plenty of boot and settled well. She might go to Roscommon on Monday.
Little Mitch justifies favouritism
Mark said she travelled much better without the hood. She has improved a good bit from Roscommon, goes on summer soft ground and is tough and hardy. For a small filly she's very good to jump and has scope. We'll try and get a bit of black-type with her before the ground goes bottomless.
Loughran 'leaves no petrol' in dashing win
she has never had any luck in-running but I knew she was as fit as a flea and I said to Roger 'don't leave any petrol'!. She deserved it as she's so genuine and will be even better over fences.
'For sale' Bumper winner wins nicely
two and a half miles was too far for him in Roscommon (two runs ago) and he should have won in Kilbeggan. He has a bit of a future at two miles. He's for sale and if he's not sold he'll jump a hurdle.
