I always thought he'd be a nice horse but he went astray and we let him out in a field. He's weak and raw. I'm very happy with him tonight but I didn't think he'd be a four-year-old when he won. He promised a lot as a two-year-old but he's a baby and will take more time. I'm very happy that the owner persevered with him, and Ronan gave him a super ride.

He loves it around here over either six furlongs or seven (third win and oft placed). He's a simple horse to ride and loves to be up with the pace. He's genuine and tough, and for a small horse he carries weight well.

She's very consistent in that grade. She got bumped around a bit early on but she's tough, and when she gets into the clear she wants to win. She goes well on the surface, and will keep coming back here.

Christina is riding well and thoroughly deserved that. She's a very hard worker, and a good technical rider. This horse had a nice first run but was then a bit disappointing so we freshened him up.

He was bought at the Newmarket Horses in Training Sale in October for new owners, Ann and Damian Cassidy, who are from Prosperous. There is a mile race back here in a few weeks that he could go for.
