Queen battles to claim Kilbeggan opener
It was hard luck at Naas last time when she seemed to be travelling well,. She's a very consistent mare and has been running well all season. There could be another winners race for her at the next meeting here. I'm not sure if it's a winners of one or two but if it's a winners of two she'll be back providing everything is ok.
Brady delighted after Shabra success
The race went absolutely to plan,. Christian Williams told me he gets two-and-a-half miles so I told Matt 'don't let them get on top of you and grind them into submission from the front'. We'll look at a novice hurdle in Listowel for him now.
Doransfirth breaks duck for Kelly
I was confident enough as this is her ideal trip. She has run good races and is just unlucky she hasn't won one before now,. I had to get her wind done and I think that was at her a bit. She's a nice mare and will go over fences after christmas. Hopefully we'll get another hurdle with her. She handles soft ground as well and goes on anything.
Different returns in style
I'm delighted with that - he loves that ground,. He's coming to himself at this time of year and hopefully he'll pick up another one. It looks on that like he'll get three miles. We could go to Perth with him now.
Covie off the mark over fences
Carberry Super cool on Cede
That's Carberry for you. He's some genius,. He's improving all the time and we'll have to get him out quick again. He might go to Ffos Las on Wednesday for the big chase there over 3m2f. We'll see how he comes out of this and what the story is.
Queen's scores for Kevin Doyle's father
The man who owns it is in Killarney as he has a runner down there,. It's owned by Paddy Doyle, who is the father of footballer Kevin. We'll probably run her in a winners mares bumper next.
