Sam Causes a Shock
He has had his problems; he has been through the mill. He was brought down in a point-to-point with a circuit to run and has had bits of trouble since, but he is sound as a trout lately. He has been working better at home, and being by Presenting he'll be better on better ground. He is very well bred being a half-brother to Snoopy Loopy. (EM)
He is from a good family and he is a staying chaser in the making. He relishes that heavy ground and he stays forever. This year is all about trying to rob a race or two before going chasing.
Oscar Time Cheltenham Bound
It is nice to get Ruby's opinion on the horse. He has been very consistent and I am very happy to win again with him. He just met better ones before now. The Jewson Novices' Chase at Cheltenham is the plan and Ruby didn't put us off going there. I warned him that the horse might be a bit careful there as I do all the schooling with him myself. (EM)

He seemed to win the way he works at home and he might go hurdling now. He won't go to Cheltenham. (EM)
