Niall Madden returned to action from an injury lay-off with victory for his father 'Boots' Madden on Salesin in the Black Point Handicap Hurdle at Wexford.
Riding for the first time since suffering a head injury in a fall in the Leinster National at Naas at the beginning of last month, Madden led from the outset on the eight-year-old.
Salesin (16-1) had most of his rivals in trouble some way out and kept up a relentless gallop to dispose of Red Key by six lengths in the familiar JP McManus colours.
