Lord Of Lords landed a spectacular gamble on his debut in the Athboy (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race at Navan to provide his trainer Helena Keaveney with her first winner with just her third runner.
Backed from 25/1 this morning into 11/2, the Steven Crawford-ridden winner, slammed the favourite, Peking To Paris by all of twenty three lengths. It was a pretty effortless demolition job too as the Flemensfirth gelding took over two furlongs out and he was soon completely on top.
Ms Keaveney apparently has a few boxes in Aidan O'Brien's old yard at Piltown.
