Ruby Walsh walked away from his first racecourse fall since returning from injury last Friday with a minor cut, at Naas today.
Walsh's mount King Of The Refs was under pressure in third in the Tote Jackpot Maiden Hurdle when his mount fell at the final flight, bringing down Boro Bee in the process.
Boro Bee’s rider Paul Townend immediately walked away from the fall while Walsh eventually left with a cut under his right eye which required stitching.
Walsh has been stood down for his remaining ride of the day while his only ride at Clonmel on Thursday (Royal Reveille) is a doubtful runner. The rider expects to be back race-riding in Britain on Friday.
