David Wachman recorded a double this afternoon at Tramore when Campeche Bay landed the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden under Wayne Lordan.
Lordan produced his mount to lead from over four furlongs out and the pair soon forged clear from two furlongs out to score by a convincing nine lengths.
Winning jockey Lordan said afterwards: “She handled the track well and she got the job done very nicely.”
Wachman was on the mark earlier when Rocky Wednesday claimed the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden.
