Mark Nunan - heavy ground will hold no fears for four-time hurdles winner KILLINURE LASS who stays further than this trip and reverts back to the smaller obstacles after a couple of non-completions over fences. Runner-up in a chase here in August, she was poised to challenge when falling two out at Sligo and was running another decent race when exiting at the last at Gowran earlier this month. Onefortheditch has been consistent since recording back-to-back wins in the summer but heavy ground would have to be a concern for the in-form six-year-old. A maiden winner over course and distance in April, Roxhill Roise has form on testing ground and made a pleasing return from a layoff when fifth on handicap debut at Gowran.
2.50 Tramore, Beginners Steeplechase, 2m. 5f. 100yds
11-4 with William Hill
John O'Riordan - The Gavin Cromwell-trained JOUSTER can strike on what is only his second career start over fences. Runner-up at this track on his introduction to chasing last month, the lightly raced five-year-old should be all the better for that experience. With his trainer continuing to be amongst the winners, the son of Gris De Gris looks the one to beat. The Great Unknown has yet to win a race but the Walk In The Park mare has shown promise on a number of occasions. Once the penny finally drops, the Henry De Bromhead-trained five-year-old should improve through the ranks. Pipers Boreen, who finished third in a handicap chase at Galway on her fencing debut, should have benefitted from that initial outing.

John O'Riordan - A dual winner over hurdles, the Colm Murphy-trained TANGENTAL is unquestionably well handicapped over fences. However, aside from a promising third at Down Royal in April, the eight-year-old has yet to replicate that form since going chasing. Returning here off the back of a summer break, the gelding is worth another chance to show what he is capable of. Plain Or Battered has to be of interest on what is only his second start over fences. The Philip Rothwell-trained gelding, who is rated higher over hurdles, was placed in a Hunter Chase before falling early on his only subsequent chase outing. Topweight Ishan looks very well treated in this discipline but may just prefer a stiffer stamina test.
2.00 Sedgefield, Handicap Chase, 2m. 77yds.
6-4 with William Hill
UK Formscan - There has been no stopping CLEAN GETAWAY of late. A C&D winner over fences from 3lb lower in October, the son of Getaway has since recorded a brace of hurdling successes and there could be more to come. Mutual Respect completed a double in somewhat fortuitous fashion at Bangor last time out but he merits respect from 2lb higher nonetheless. Minella Youngy showed more at Hexham recently and is another to enter calculations from 6lb below his last winning mark.
