This evening's meeting at Tipperary is in some doubt following 35mm of rain overnight, and officials will hold a course inspection at 10am.

The seven race all Flat card is scheduled to get underway at 6pm.

Meanwhile the going at the Curragh is now testing ahead of the three-day Derby meeting which commences tomorrow evening.

The ground at headquarters is now described as soft (heavy in places) after the track was hit with 20mm of rain last night.

The final declarations for the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby will be released this morning.

The weather forecast is due to be fresh and mainly dry through to Sunday.
