Time for more success at the age of nine Elusive Time, without a win since 2014, returned to near top form to register a fifteenth career success in the Hothouse Flowers Handicap at Leopardstown. The vast bulk of the nine-year-old's victories have been achieved in Scandinavia, and here under Ross Coakley the top-weight proved two and a quarter lengths too strong inside the last from Korbous. Winning trainer Takashi Kodama said: "Every year I don't run him too much, and I only run him when he's really happy. His last run at the Curragh was fantastic, and after that he was jumping and kicking in the paddock so I decided to run again. "He still has some ability, and he will tell me where to go next. He always has some little problem everywhere so I have to look after him. I'm very happy that he was won today." (AM & EM)
