Tellthemi'mhere follows-up in style Tellthemi'mhere made it two from two since switching to the yard of Ian Donoghue, as she comfortably landed the feature at Sligo this afternoon, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap. Successful at Bellewstown earlier this month, providing Donoghue with his first success, the Belardo five-year-old was upped in trip to 1m2f today and she was sent off a 7/2 chance under Jamie Powell. Soon in front, she made all and stretched clear when ridden from the furlong pole, going on to score by three lengths in the colours of Michael Donoghue, father of the winning trainer. Returned at 4/1, Marvelosa ran on late to take second under Nathan Crosse for Richard O'Brien, while Miramis (the 5/2 favourite from 10/3) could only manage a disappointing fifth. "It was a great pot to win. We picked out this race after she won over a mile in Bellewstown," Donoghue said. "We knew she'd stay the 1m2f because she'd gallop all day. She'll probably end up going for a mares' maiden hurdle back at Bellewstown in July and we'll keep her in mind for Galway too. She goes through this ground well but she'd handle anything."
