A bumper winner on the inner track at Limerick last month, Shecouldbeanything (11/4 into 6/4 favourite before the off) made a winning debut over hurdles in the mares' maiden for Gordon Elliott and Jordan Gainford.

The daughter of Malinas led narrowly turning for home and overcame a stumble on landing at the second-last to assert on the run to the last. She stayed on well to account for Hauturiere by four lengths.

The winning trainer and jockey were doubling up quickly after Favori De Chapdou's win in the featured novice hurdle.

Assistant trainer Ian 'Busty' Amond said: "Jordan said she was a bit keen but for one so keen she stayed at it well. She almost threw it away by stumbling at the back of the second-last, having winged it but stayed at it well.

"She obviously likes it here and on soft ground but that's not to say she doesn't want better ground. Looking at her there, you could even drop her back in trip if you had to. She has plenty of options and is one to look forward to."
