"She ran a nice race here the last day and we didn't think the drop back to five furlongs was a problem," said Wayne Lordan after winning the Big Bad Bob Maiden (Plus 10 Race) on the well-backed favourite, Victorious Secret (15/8 into 6/4) at Dundalk.
"She still felt a little green and lugged left. There should still be a bit of improvement in her and she's a filly with plenty of pace," added Lordan.
Tommy Stack trains Victorious Secret, a daughter of Holy Roman Emperor, and she was never far away before toughing it out best by three parts of a length from La Fleur De Force
Just a length and three parts covered the first five home in this sprint.
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Up Up And Away trained by W. McCreery, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
