Presenting Point recorded his second course win and third career success when making all in the Book Your August Festival Marquee Table Handicap Chase at Tramore.

The Eoghan O’Grady-trained gelding was following up a victory at Thurles last month and took control under Darragh O’Keeffe approaching the final fence.

The 5/1 shot kept on strongly on the run-in to beat Pat Coyne by seven and a half lengths, with That’s Lifebuoy a further three and a half lengths adrift in third.

O’Grady said, “He jumped savage and loved the ground. He’d a nice weight today and Darragh gave him a great ride.

“He jumped from fence to fence and likes to get out in front. He rallied again when he hit the rising ground.

“We’ll probably look for something similar and we could also go back over hurdles.”
