Paddy Power weights

Knife Edge and the Francois Cottin-trained Kamillo have been allocated top-weight of 12st for the Paddy Power Chase to be run at Leopardstown on December 27.

The 170,000 euro three miles event has attracted 73 entries including Thyestes Chase winner Hedgehunter (11st11lb), recent Cork Grand National victor Garvivonnian (11.04) and Troytown Chase winner Jack High (10.08).

The competitive nature of the race is illustrated by the fact that 59 of the 73 entries are presently within the handicap proper (minimum weight 9.10). Last year´s first and second, World Wide Web (10.09) and Kymandjen (10.07), and another former winner Coq Hardi Diamond (10.04) are also among the entries.
