Ordinary Man gained an overdue win in good style when claiming the opening Cluain Meala Maiden Hurdle at Clonmel.

He sent his mount to the front approaching the final flight and a good jump there sealed matters.
The 11/8 favourite quickened up well on the run-in to post a five-and-a-half length winning margin.
It was a welcome winner for trainer Liam Burke, who had last visited the number one spot last November.
"He's had some great runs but we are waiting a good while for this win ", said the Mallow handler.
"I thought he was in trouble at the top of the hill but he stayed on well. The drop of rain probably didn't do him any good.
"He'll run away through the summer and will go chasing sooner rather than later as he's not that well handicapped over hurdles."
