Trainer Joseph O'Brien runs two horses in today's opening Race Displays Hurdle at Fairyhouse, with Common Practice and Nusret aiming to defeat likely favourite Blood Destiny
Nusret, a 7/2 chance, won on hurdles debut at Punchestown in November and filled third place to Lossiemouth in a Christmas Grade 2 at Leopardstown while J.P. McManus' Common Practice, currently 15/2, has had four hurdle runs and in early December finished fourth to Willie Mullins' Lossiemouth in a Fairyhouse Grade 3 race.
O'Brien's assistant Brendan Powell reports "it is going to be tough against Blood Destiny.
"Joseph will run both of them in this and see how they get on. Maybe that will determine what they go for at somewhere like Cheltenham. They could be two for the Fred Winter.
"Nusret will cope with the ground but I'd say he probably would want better ground.”
