Nostringsattached delivers for Kinirons and Colgan Nostringsattached (6/1) got the pay-off for her consistency in the concluding Manguard Plus Maiden over 10 furlongs at the Curragh. Andrew Kinirons' charge had finished runner-up in her last two starts in maiden company at Limerick and Ballinrobe. Robbie Colgan drove her up close home to nab the spoils by half a length from 5/2 favourite Shrewsbury Road. Teorama was just a neck back in third at 28/1 in a bunch finish. “We're delighted with that, another one for Jim and Ava (Browne),” said Kinirons. “She's a lovely big mare, she ran very well here first time out when she was staying on. “Their horses all improve with time, she ran well last year in Punchestown and then was just a bit over the top. “She's had two good runs this year, but I kept her to the four-year-olds and I ended up running her in two races that didn't suit, a mile at Limerick and then the track didn't suit last time. “She wants a galloping track, so we came back here where she had run well before. “Robbie gave her a brilliant ride. He rode one for me earlier in the week, another big horse, and he's brilliant on those horses. “I think she's an exciting filly and she's way better than her mark. She's so big, she must be 16-3. “She'll probably go on better ground, but we've stayed away from it and pulled her out a few times because we think a lot of her. “I think there is a big pot in her and I might try and twist their arm to jump a hurdle. She has jumped and her mother (Valmari) actually got black-type over fences. She could be anything.” Additional reporting by Gary Carson
