Letthetruthbeknown was a clear-cut victor of the mares' point-to-point bumper in Cork at 22/1.

The five-year-old made sustained headway to hit the front a furlong and a half out and travelled home strongly to score by eight lengths for trainer Denis Murphy. Golden Bidar took second at 4/1 by three parts of a length from gambled-on Rosa Gloriosa (16/1 - 9/1).

Jockey Luke Murphy said: "The better ground was a big help today and she is a nice well-bred mare. She had a nice first run and I think Jamie (Codd, jockey then) said things actually didn't go well for her. She hadn't run in so long the last day and the ground was so heavy.

"That's my second winner on the track, I work for Denis and have about 40 point-to-point winners ridden. The yard is going well at the minute."
