Ryan Moore made the trip to Dundalk on a Friday night worthwhile when riding a second winner on the card courtesy of Hans Andersen in the concluding Dundalk Stadium Group Deals Available Race.
Sent off 4-6f to add to his two previous career wins, the Aidan O'Brien trained four-year-old landed those odds without too much fuss.
Held up towards rear of the sextet, Moore brought the former Group 3 winner with a sustained challenge from over 2f out, gradually getting to leader Gentleman Joe before being pushed out for a workmanlike one-and-a-quarter-length win.
Stable representative Chris Armstrong said: "Ryan gave him a lovely ride.
"It was an extra race that presented itself at the right time and is a lovely starting block to get a horse like this back on. He was literally ready to start and is going to improve a lot fitness-wise.
"Obviously, he won the trial in Leopardstown this time last year, disappointed in the French Guineas, and Aidan never really had a clean run with him after that.
"It is nice to have an older horse like him at somewhere between a mile and a-quarter and a mile and a-half on nice ground.
"He might got for something like the Mooresbridge over a mile and a-quarter, depending on the ground, and he is a horse to look forward to for the season. Definitely his next target will be a Group race, good ground, a mile and a-quarter/a mile and a-half.
"I think the key to him is probably good ground, he appreciated today's ground. He cruises well and settled lovely with Ryan."
