Dandridge got open close home to take the Noel Cummins Bookmaker Beginners Chase under David Casey for Arthur Moore.
Having his third start over fences the son of Doyen was sent off a 4/1 chance in the colours of Ronnie Bartlett.
Settled behind the leaders he went second after the fourth last as Company Coming went a few lengths clear.
The winner was ridden before two out and he gradually reeled in Company Coming, getting up in the final fifty yards before going on to win by a half a length.
Company Coming (9/1) had to settle for second under Brian O'Connell for Jim Culloty while Island Villa was a further four and a half lengths back in third. Equity Swap was sent off the 6/4 favourite and he looked in trouble after the fourth last, eventually finishing a disappointing fifth under Jonathan Burke for Henry De Bromhead.
Arthur Moore said afterwards: "I'm delighted to win it. It was an ordinary race but hopefully he will go on from here. He likes the good ground and he should pay his way.
"He will handle yielding ground, even yielding to soft I would say. He didn't jump bad there but he'll jump better at a bigger track.
"He is a nice horse and hopefully he will pick up another win or two. It is nice to get a winner for Mr Bartlett."
