Declan McDonogh moved onto the 29 winner for the season with a contrasting double aboard the long odds on Haatef and 20/1 outsider Domingues.
Haatef, tenth behind Cockney Rebel in the Stan James 2,000 Guineas, easily justified odds of 1/7 in the seven furlongs winners race quickening to the front a quarter mile out and driven clear to beat Rock Lily by five lengths.
'I told Declan to roust him as he's lazy and needed that run. The ground was too fast and he was drawn badly at Newmarket. I'm not saying he'd have won on the near side but he'd have finished a few lengths closer,' said trainer Kevin Prendergast.
Domingues benefitted from a positive ride by McDonogh in the juvenile auction maiden as the Eddie Lynam-trained colt made all and kept on really well under pressure to beat Ceol Loch Aoidh by three lengths.
'I thought he'd run well the first day but he was green. He got it right today and I'm delighted!', said Lynam.
Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning also enjoyed a successful evening, teaming up for a 39/1 double with Kayd Kodaun and Leeside Champ.
Kayd Kodaun justified good support (6/1-4/1) in the 2yo fillies maiden, showing some greenness in front before staying on well to beat Danse Aile by a length and three quarters.
'Her dam Danaskaya also won first time out for me and there should be some improvement from that run. I'll see how she comes out of this before making plans but she's a filly with a future,' said the Coolcullen trainer.
Manning and Bolger followed up in the concluding mile handicap when Leeside Champ led a furlong out and quickly settled the issue to beat Roheryn by a length and a quarter.
Sorolla ended a sequence of seconds by making all in runaway fashion at Cork last month, and the front-running tactics again proved fruitful in the ten furlongs conditions race.
Kieren Fallon had to keep the Danehill colt up to his work for most of the way, only easing down in the closing stages to beat Dawla by a length and a half.
'He's quite lazy and will help get me fitter,' said Fallon afterwards of the 8/11 favourite.
The six furlongs maiden provided a shock 25/1 winner in the shape of Siobhans Pearl, who kept on best under Colm O'Donoghue to beat well-backed favourite Essential Fear by 1 3/4L.
This race proved a real triumph for Wexford trainer Martina Doran who also saddled the third Violetsecondempire.
'She was second here last year and the ground has been a bit quick for her lately. We also bred both fillies so that makes it even better,' said Doran, who has 15 in training on the Flat.
Chapelizod showed speed throughout before storming clear in the final furlong under Niall McCullagh to beat Stravinskaya by three lengths in the sprint handicap.
'The handicapper probably won't be too easy on him the way he did it,' said trainer Tom McCourt before adding, 'Six furlongs or an easy seven is ideal for him and he seems to handle any ground.'
