Double Seven completed a double on the day at Tipperary this afternoon for Champion Owner J.P. McManus when easily winning the McManus sponsored Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Hurdle.
Winning trainer Martin Brassil was not present and McManus’ racing manager Frank Berry subsequently stated “he’s a consistent little fella and we’ll tip away in those type of handicap hurdles. He handles that ground very well.”
