Trainer Ado McGuinness is confident that he can return from Wolverhampton this afternoon with a large share of the prize money. The Rush based handler is represented by Harry's Bar and Hodd's Girl in the Wulfruna Listed Stakes.

While the former has been one of the stables leading lights over the past few years, Hodd's Girl has shown marked improvement since joining McGuinness in August. A four-time winner subsequently, she has a bit to find at these weights but is exciting her trainer nonetheless.

"The filly (Hodd's Girl) is flying - she worked at Dundalk last Friday night and if you had seen her work with Harry, she was very impressive. I'm expecting a big run; said McGuinness

"I put Ronnie (Whelan) on her because she is a filly and it is black-type we are chasing with her.

"It is not an extremely fast seven (furlongs), so she'll travel into it well. Fingers crossed she runs well."

Meantime, prolific 14-time winner Harry's Bar returns to a track where he has already tasted success.

"Harry has a chance.

"Ralph Beckett's horse (Angel Bleu) was a Group 1 winner two years ago, but she was a two-year-old when she did it. She only ran three times last year, but her form was solid - she ran in good races last year and I'd say they are just trying to get the horse sweetened.

"Harry is more of a six (furlong horse), but I think Wolverhampton will suit him. The bends will suit him and he has won there before.
