The opening race this afternoon at Navan The Navan Maiden Hurdle was won by the Dessie Hughes trained Valhalla Vision with Roger Loughran riding for owner Gerry Burke.
Loughran raced his mount in behind the leaders and improved to lead 3 out, clear from before 2 out and stayed on well to hold off the efforts of All Diamonds trained by Michael Cunningham by 4 lengths.
