Moyne trainer Tim Doyle can do little wrong at present and 11/4 joint-favourite Lisabetta was another winner for him in the Goresbridge Handicap (45-65) (DIV I).
Three held a chance inside the final furlong and Lisabetta, racing between horses, was driven to the front in the final strides by Chris Hayes.
A head was the winning margin, with the other 11/4 joint-favourite Medway just shading second place by a nose from Viv Vance (16/1).
The successful Gutaifan filly, who started off with Willie McCreery last year, had shown more when fifth at Cork on her previous start and was getting off the mark at the twelfth attempt.
It was a fifth winner in the last fortnight for Doyle.
“It was a nice spare to get in Cork," said Hayes.
"I actually told Tim to step up in trip as I thought that trip was a little bit sharp but she's very genuine, game and straightforward.
“I got into a nice position from the draw (three) and she stuck at it well. Leigh (Roche, rode third home Viv Vance) actually helped me when he came down my outside because she was half running around a little bit as I came to challenge.
“She'll improve when she goes up in trip, it wasn't a great race but I like her attitude and I think she'll win again.”
