Billy Lee was another jockey in double-winning form today as he took the honours on Collective Power in the six-furlong handicap at Cork.
He had an easy victory on strong-travelling King Cuan in the preceding race and it was pretty much a similar story here.
Collective Power tanked all over his rivals and was given the office to lead over a furlong from home.
It wasn't quite as easy or as emphatic as King Cuan's success, however, the five-year-old gelding was well in command in the closing stages.
He came in by two and a-quarter lengths to justify 11/4 favouritism from 5/1 runner-up Furnace Creek Cash Or Crypto was a head behind the runner-up at 10/1.
Lee said: "They went a lovely gallop the whole way which suited me, he travelled sweetly and they took me there well. Eddie (Lynam) was mindful for me to not get there too soon, so I bided my time until the furlong pole and he picked up well.
"He wasn't doing a whole lot (in front), but the pace is important to him when they go a good gallop and he travels. He might be a horse who just keeps improving the older he gets, like a typical sprinter."
