The first division of the Cavalor Equine Nutrition Handicap went to 4/1 favourite Racing Royalty who confirmed Listowel running from last month's Harvest Festival with several rivals.
Owned by the Racing Royalty Syndicate and trained by winning rider Bill Lee's sister Gillian Scott, the Fast Company gelding came from mid-division to lead a furlong out and held off the challenge of Nituna by half a length.
It was a double for Lee after Porters Place in the opener.
"Yeah it was fantastic," said Scott.
"He toughed it out well there. I knew he came out of the Listowel race well. He is an easy horse to train and I'm delighted for everyone involved.
"Billy said he won a bit snugly in Listowel. He was pulling up a bit at the line. He couldn't do that today though. He really had to knuckle down. We bought him in the July Sales two years ago on the back of being a half-brother to Inventor. We got him home, looked at him and liked him. A few of the lads got involved and we kept a share ourselves.
"I'm delighted."
