"Listed only in name really" was the quote from winning jockey Declan McDonogh after Lady With The Lamp stormed home at 66/1 in a red-hot renewal of the Listed Legacy Stakes over five furlongs at Dundalk.

Joseph O'Brien 's filly really found her stride once switched out and rolled home in the final furlong to get up by a head close home. Revoke the 5/2 favourite, was pipped in second and was a neck in front of Powerful Nation (3/1) who was slightly hampered by the runner-up with less than a quarter of a mile to travel. The stewards looked into that incident, however, the placings remained unaltered.

McDonogh said: "I just said to the part-owner there 'Listed only in name really'.

"A really strong pace and I couldn't go early. I was out wide and I was going to get hung out on the turn for a stride, so I came in and sat for a furlong.

"Then as soon as she straightened up she had loads of horse.

"She came home well the last day, but she has got a very willing attitude. When she was upsides that horse (Powerful Nation), she really wanted to win.

"I'd imagine she could go on from that."
