Hazy Mehmory sealed a treble for Colin Keane and a double for Ger Lyons when she landed the extended 10 furlong median auction maiden at Down Royal.
The 11/5 favourite challenged over a quarter of a mile from home and soon led. She powered home to score by a comfortable three and three quarter lengths. Free To Party (4/1) could make no impression in second but was eight lengths clear of Impero (3/1).
Assistant trainer Shane Lyons said: "She'll get further, she is crying out for that trip. She'll get a mile and four whether it is this year or next year but she will definitely stay on the team next year for the Kalmansons (owners) - they are South African based brother and sister and they joined us in the last few years and are lovely, lovely people. They leave it to us.
"That is as quick a ground as she wants. Colin gave her a lovely confident ride. He is top class and the confidence goes through to fillies like that. She actually thought she was going better than she was. The further she was going, she came into it.
"Colin mentioned there is a chance she will get black-type whether it is the end of the year or next year. Ultimately, that's the main aim."
Keane took the opener on Lyons' Amazing Show and doubled up on Liam McAteer's Fine Distraction in race two.
