Johnny Murtagh To Ride For Michael Halford

Johnny Murtagh will ride for Michael Halford when in Ireland next season.

Murtagh will begin riding out for the Curragh based trainer next Monday morning and according to Halford will ride work six mornings a week in the run-up to the start of the flat season.

Murtagh is expected to continue to ride for James Fanshawe at the bigger meetings in England, but has agreed to ride all Michael Halford´s runners at home.
