Seabass and Apt Approach have been taken out of Monday's Ladbrokes Irish Grand National meaning the weights for the Fairyhouse contest have risen.
Gordon Elliott's Roi Du Mee is now the highest-rated horse left in the race, followed by The Midnight Club, Magnanimity and Quiscover Fontaine.
Others to be taken out include Cappa Bleu, last year's winner Organisedconfusion, Psycho, Giles Cross, Le Beau Bai and Up The Beat.
Allee Garde has been left in by Willie Mullins, and along with Quiscover Fontaine, Shakervilz, Some Target and Raptor could form a strong team for the champion trainer.
Lastoftheleaders is likely to represent last year's winning trainer Arthur Moore while the mare Leanne could run for Bill Harney.
Mouse Morris' Four Commanders has been well-backed in recent days while Ninetieth Minute has returned to form in time to be considered.
Glam Gerry caught the eye when third at Cheltenham and sneaks in off a low weight while Groody Hill has been saved for this race by Christy Roche.
The two British entries are Jonjo O'Neill's Cheltenham winner Alfie Sherrin and Nicky Henderson's Aigle D'Or, both owned by JP McManus.
Henderson reports Aigle D'Or to be on course for the three-mile five-furlong contest.
"He's on target for the race and is in good form," the Seven Barrows trainer told At The Races.
"We've got two or three heading off for a little raid on there (Fairyhouse) and then we've got Punchestown to come on top of that."
