Inca heads north on Friday

Colm Murphy reports last season´s top novice hurdler Brave Inca in great shape for his reappearance at Down Royal next Friday.

´He´s in serious order, and so far so good. I couldn´t be happier with him, although he will need a couple of runs before he´s really right. It´s a long time until next March,´ said the Wexford handler.

Murphy was speaking after his dual bumper winner Feathard Lady made a successful debut over hurdles at Naas. Brave Inca took the Supreme Novices Hurdle in a long unbeaten run last season, and is scheduled to appear in the Anglo Irish Bank Hurdle.
