The first race at Naas this afternoon The Naas Handicap was won by John Hayden's locally trained Harriers Call ridden by Johnny Murtagh for owner F Campbell
Murtagh raced his mount in behind the leaders and under a strong ride by Murtagh he managed to get his mount to the front from about 50 yards from home and held off Option Be ridden by Gary Carroll to win by 1/2 length.
