Mustadrik recorded his third win in-a-row and his first on the level as he took the Lime Kiln Gastro Pub Handicap to provide Gordon Elliott with his fifth winner of the day (had a four-timer at Perth earlier).
Having won his last two over hurdles the four-year-old son of Jazil was available at 5/2 in a place this morning, opening on-course at 11/8 before going off the 6/4 favourite in the colours of Richard Gilbert.
Settled in mid-division by Jack Kennedy he made his move over three furlongs out and hit the front entering the straight.
He kept on well under pressure from there and went on to score easily by seven lengths. Baby Jake finished second under Donnacha O'Brien for John 'Shark' Hanlon at 6/1 while Easter Spirit was a further two lengths back in third under Michael Hussey for Denis Hogan at 10/1.
Gordon Elliott said afterwards: "It's hard to know with his form over hurdles whether he'll transfer it but he did it well.
"Jack gave him a good ride. He was positive and he stayed galloping. Jack is doing everything right at the moment.
"We might mind his claim a bit for the winter and he'll be riding mostly for me over the next couple of months.
"This horse is in again here over hurdles on Saturday and we'll see how he is. It looks like would stays two miles on the Flat no bother.
"It's been a good day and that's our fifth winner."
