Andy Oliver sent out three in the opener at Sligo and Hard Core Debt proved best for the Tyrone handler.
Fontana De Trevi, one of two owned by Lady O'Reilly, looked the leading light of the trio and was sent off 11/4 favourite but came off the bridle at halfway.
Shane Foley produced Hard Core Debt (owned by Richard Pegum) with a strong run to lead just inside the final furlong.
The Muhtathir colt stayed on strongly in the closing stages to post a three-length victory.
Fontana De Trevi, who had raced prominently, stayed on again for pressure to chase home her stable-mate while the yard's other runner Youtalktoomuch never got involved in fifth.
The winner had shown promise on his Leopardstown debut earlier in the month and attracted support on track from 6/1 into 9/2.
"Obviously I'm very happy to have the first and second and he did it well," said Oliver of the winner.
"He had a nice introduction at Leopardstown although he's still a bit green. It was a nice patient ride by Shane and he has a great attitude.
"Hopefully there is still more improvement to come. I'm also happy with the runs of the other two fillies."
