The Stewards enquired into the possibility that Danny Grant, rider of Tingling (USA), had moved across the track before the marker poles in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who admitted the offence.
Having viewed the video of the race and considered evidence from the rider, the Stewards were of the opinion Danny Grant was in breach of Rule 211 (a) and they suspended him for 1 raceday (22nd Sept tbc) and severely cautioned him regarding his future responsibilities in this regard .
