Two dry days has done the trick for Gowran Park and the track is now fit for racing ahead of tomorrow’s meeting featuring the €45,000 Holden Plant Rentals Shamrock Handicap Chase.

The hurdle course was waterlogged in places this morning but has now dried out sufficiently.

The going is heavy on both the hurdle and chase tracks and the first on a seven-race card gets underway at 2.10pm.

The forecast is mainly dry with a slight chance of 1-2mm of rain prior to racing.
