Going update

The going is currently soft at Clonmel ahead of their big jump meeting tomorrow, with the Grade 2 Clonmel Oil Chase the highlight on what should prove an informative afternoon's racing.

The Grade 3 EBF T A Morris Memorial Mares Novice Chase is the chief supporting race on the seven race card.

Meanwhile Limerick hosts a two-day meeting on Sunday and Monday.

The ground is currently yielding to soft on both the main hurdle and chase courses. The inside hurdle track, which will be in use on Monday, is described as good (yielding in places).

The forecast is for scattered showers today, while tomorrow is expected to be generally dry before more rain is due on Friday.
