Galvin made it two from two in style, as he ran out a very easy winner of the last at Limerick this evening, the Ladbrokes Munster National 14th October INH Flat Race.
Successful on debut at Roscommon earlier this month, the Gordon Elliott trained four-year-old was expected to follow-up this evening, going off the 1/4 favourite under Lisa O’Neill.
Settled behind the leaders, the son of Gold Well took closer order approaching the straight, and led just under two furlongs out, soon stretching clear, going on to score by sixteen lengths in the colours of Ronnie Bartlett.
Newcomer Ranger P (16/1) just prevailed in the battle for second, a nose in front of Point Break who was the second favourite at 7/2.
Elliott said afterwards: "He is an honest horse and he has improved well from the last day.
"He's not a bad horse and we'll probably go jumping hurdles sooner rather than later as he'll be a chaser for next year. I don't know if he'll be a real winter, heavy ground horse but he's the type of horse we're going to have plenty fun with."
