Europe in savage form

Henry de Bromhead is leaning towards a return to two miles in the sportingbet.com Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown on December 3 with his star chaser Sizing Europe.

The nine-year-old Pistolet Bleu gelding filled the runner-up berth earlier this month in the jnwine.com Champion Chase at Down Royal.

Successful at the past two Cheltenham Festivals in the Arkle Chase and the Queen Mother Champion Chase, the nine-year-old gelding tired badly in the closing stages of the Down Royal three-miler when headed by Quito De La Roque.

“I'm leaning towards the Tingle Creek, and he seems to be coming back to form. He had a tough race in Down Royal but I loose schooled him yesterday morning and he's in savage form again,” said de Bromhead.

Sizing Europe is generally favourite with most bookmakers for the 2012 "Queen Mother" at around the 5/1 mark.
