Paddy Meany recorded his first winner since August of 2013 as his Enough Is Enough took the Hens & Stags Silver Package from E19 Apprentice Handicap.

Without a win in thirty-seven starts the daughter of Pyrus was sent off an 11/1 chance under Sean Corby.

Sent straight into the lead she made all and while she was strongly pressed from two furlongs out she kept on well under pressure, going on to score by half a length. Rockview Emperor (3/1) kept on well to take second under Gary Phillips for Noel Dooly while the 9/4 Vocal Heir could only manage a disappointing sixth under Daniel Redmond for Brendan Duke.

Meany, who also owns the winner, said afterwards: "You couldn't say it was expected with the amount of times she is after running. We were hoping for the best and she was in right auld form.

"She ran a good race in a maiden here a fortnight ago. It wasn't a real strong race today and we were hopeful.

"She will stick to the same type of races and we'll try and win another one with her."
