The John Hayden trained Emily Blake landed the Joe McGrath EBF Premier handicap at Fairyhouse off a mark 18Lbs higher than the last time she contested a handicap.
The filly has run well in Group races on her most recent starts and enjoyed the drop in class.
J.J. Hayden, son of the trainer, said afterwards: 'she produced a gutsy performance. She is a genuine game filly and may next run in the Knockaire Stakes at Leopardstown.'
