Doyen clear favourite for Champion

Doyen is a best priced 6/4 favourite for the Baileys Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown on Saturday.

The Godolphin-owned colt, impressive winner of the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot, is a 5/4 chance with Paddy Power.

The Cork-based firm are also bigger about Budweiser Irish Derby hero Grey Swallow at 5/1 compared with Powers quote of 4´s.

Both firms have Azamour and Rakti at 5/1, while Cashmans favour Bago at 7/1 against Powers price of 10/1. Warrsan is rated a doubtful runner.

Cashmans have priced up a match bet (non-runner no bet) in the Matron Stakes, with Soviet Song 4/6 and Attraction at 6/5.
