Double for Kennedy and six for Elliott Gordon Elliott recorded his sixth winner of the day (four at Perth and two at Bellewstown) as his Be Seeing You took the Seamus Mulvaney Crockafotha Handicap Hurdle, providing jockey Jack Kennedy with a double on the card. A winner on his penultimate start at Clonmel the four-year-old son of Medicean could only manage a disappointing fourth when turned out again a few days later at Roscommon. Available at 9/4 this morning he opened on-course at just 11/10 before going off the even money favourite in the colours of Call It What You Like Syndicate. Settled in mid-division he took closer order after four out and improved to dispute the lead at the next. He hit the front after the second last and kept on well under pressure on the run-in, going on to score by two and a half lengths. Coldstonesober (14/1) finished second under David Mullins for Jimmy Finn while Mind The Pennies (14/1) was six lengths back in third under Andrew Lynch for William Durkan Elliott said afterwards: "He's a grand horse. He didn't jump in Roscommon the last day and I maybe ran him back a bit quick. "He might go for something at Galway now. Simon McGonagle, my head lad, myself and a few friends own him so it's great. "The day is getting better. Six in a day is the most I've ever had. I knew I had chances but it doesn't always work out." Additional reporting by Gary Carson
