The Curragh stage the third and final day of the Irish Derby meeting this afternoon, with the feature race due off at 4.05.
There are seven or eight yards of fresh ground on both tracks(straight and round). The ground at present is described as yielding, good in places on that fresh ground and yielding on the ground that was raced on for the past two days.
The forecast is for a dry day today with the possibility of a passing shower
