There was a family success for the Sheehys in the Tara Stud Nursery Handicap as Cryptos Dream (28/1) won on handicap debut.

In-form apprentice Mikey Sheehy was on board for his father ‘Dusty’ and, having chased the leaders, produced the daughter of Elzaam to lead a furlong out. She kept on well to hold Arch Enemy by half a length.

It was 5lb claimer Sheehy’s first success for his father who was on lead-up duty.

He remarked: "It's nice to get a winner for him and it is good for the owners (Winging It Syndicate) as well as they love their racing.

"She has been running in very good maidens. She ran in Galway and the winner of that race was Buckaroo and he had a massive run on (Irish) Champions Weekend.

"I think she is a filly who will keep progressing and learning the game. There is more improvement to come from her.

"Hopefully we will have a bit of fun with her for the lads."
