The Dermot Weld trained Cnocan Gold bounced back from her two narrow defeats this season to land the Berney Brothers Saddlers Handicap at Naas.
The Pat Smullen ridden daughter of Danehill Dancer was sent off the well-backed 5/2 favourite on a wet evening at the Co. Kildare venue.
Weld said afterwards: "She deserved that, she is a very consistent and genuine filly. Six or seven furlongs is her ideal trip."
